larkfield manor review

Hey girls!
I was MOH in my best friends wedding last night at the larkfield manor and I have to say everythng was perfect!
I missed most of the CH taking pics so I cant really comment personally BUT everyone was raving about it. They had a martini bar and it turned inso an ice luge with lots of the guests taking shots off it haha. The only thing that bothered me was that there was another wedding right before us and since they had the bigger room they got to take pics in the lobby and we couldnt. It was cold so we didnt have a lot of places to take pics so we had to wait till the other wedding was finished so it put a little dent in our photo schedule...not a big deal in the overall picture but so the furute brides know: they dont have a lot of places to take in-door pics.
The dinner was really good. I had the salmon and it was yummy, FH had the steak and he liked it also. They were very accomidating and trust me at times we didnt listen at all lol. We were all like a bunch of kids running all over the place,a nd once we started drinking it was worse lol.
I cake was good..they served it with ice cream cake and it was a nice treat. everything went very smooth.
Her DJ was great, im not sure who she used but ill update this when i find out.
Her flowers looked nice, she used pedestals florist. Her CPS looked great in the room But i have to say by the end of the night they were starting to die. Her ceremony flowers looked half dead before the ceremony started but im not sure if they were provided by larkfield or the florist. Her Bo-K looked beautiful but 2-3 of her roses started falling out within a half hr of getting it- im not sure if this is common or not but I was upset for her. the girls Bo-ks were also falling apart within 15-20 mins of us getting them-not the end of the world but if it was me I would have prob been upset.
Overall the wedding was really great. No problems or mishaps. I do have to say that the night flew by!! I couldnt believe how fast it went and it wasnt even my wedding! All future larkfield bride have nothing to worry about

I have to say of all my wedding decisions that I have made I think Larkfield was my best decision

Just a little FYI we were in teh smaller room and she had about 130 guests but it was very tight! Im not sure what the max is for that room but I def wouldnt have any more then that, there were some tables that you could barely walk through. but everything else was great

Im in the bigger room. Did you have any issues in the bathroom with the other wedding going on? I will be the only wedding there that day (had them put that in my contract) but they said there may be another party like a sweet 16 or a retirement party so I wondered about the bathroom situation

Thank you for your review! Very excited to use Larkfield for our reception. I was aware of the picture issues at Larkfield, but overall i am very happy with my decision to use them!!!

But that is horrible about the flowers!! She used Pedastals? I heard great things about them
