Lasik

I dont post in here often. but I despretaly want to get eye surgery before the wedding and was wondering if anyone had it done and their experiance.

I am also looking for reccommendations of docters and approximate cost.

My DH had this a few years ago at TLC eye center in Garden City by Dr. Donnenfeld. He had great results and is very happy he had it.

I had it two years ago at TLC in Garden City, by Dr. Nattis. Great doctor - great facility. Like I tell anyone who asks, my eyesight is so good that 'I see dead people'. It is amazing what we are able to do with medical technology. I wore glasses for over 20 years - and now I don't even remember what it was like to struggle to see the alarm clock.

$2K per eye - some insurances cover a portion (but be careful, there may be a clause in your insurance policy that prohibits reimbursement if you use TLC as they aren't a hospital or JCAHO accreditted). Also, TLC provides financing - usually 0% for a year.

i jsut came back from my dr's appointment by eyes are healing great for someone who had their surgery done a little over two weeks ago
