Do you plan on taking your FH's name or hyphenating. Or just keeping your maiden name?

Am I the only one who is not taking their husband's last name??????? Since he and I will be doctors in the same hospital, I think it would be too confusing if i took his name. I thought about hyphenating, but i'm not sure how that works. if you hyphenate legally, do you always have to use both name?
I'm not changing mine either
Keeping my name...trying to build a business & get known as an artist... changing my name will just cause confusion...FH agrees and could care less...and he's in marketing...although some places like our vet & drycleaner, or hotels we stay at call me by his name...and that doesn't bother me either...

Re: Last names?
I am taking his name. But for 'official' documents...I was told to leave my last name in there - just not using it so that I wouldn't have to go back and change my school degrees though. Not sure how all that works...so we'll see.
