Late wedding?
Do you think that a Saturday 7:30pm - 1:30am is too late for a wedding?? I feel like everybody will be leaving earlier, what do you think?

Late wedding?
It's a Saturday so that's in your favor. If it was me, I might stay until 1:30 but would definitely stay until at least the cake was cut. There are a lot of people who probably would stay though. People who have earlier receptions have after parties that go later than that. I would imagine that some of the older relatives would leave though.

mine is around the same time. some older people will leave but most younger people won't care. I mean that's a typical club night lol.

Late wedding?
My wedding is 8:30 pm to 2:30 am on a Saturday night! We had to do it later because of the sabbath in the jewish religion. It is what it is!

Late wedding?
I think it is fine and very few people, if any, will leave early. Usually at a wedding, people don't even notice what time it is until they are getting ready to leave.

I don't think it's late at all. It actually gives people time to rest and get ready before going out for a great time at your wedding!

Late wedding?
Our ceremony is 5pm and our reception is 8:30pm-1:30am on a friday (a holiday weekend, to boot). It's not uncommon these days to have a late night wedding. It's great because people wont have to rush in the morning, especially MEEEEE!! LOL

Late wedding?
I don't think it's too late my wedding is on a Friday night and it starts at 7:30 and ends at 1am. I know some people might leave earlier but most of the important people will stay and we are providing transportation to and from the venue from the hotel so most will be staying til the end!

Late wedding?
I have the same worry! My reception was originally supposed to end at 1, but we were able to start it a half hour earlier so now it ends at 12:30. I had friends telling me that no one would stay, but every venue we visited (14 in all) had almost the same timeframe so I honestly don't know what the fuss is. So after all my rambling, no I definitely don't think 1am is too late!!!

I attended an 8:30 to 1:30 wedding on a Friday night. The older people left a little early, but all the important/younger people stayed till the bitter end and it was LOTS of fun!!!!Welcome New Vendors
