What the heck is a groom's cake???? We don't do that, right?

hi jenny...nah i've never seen groom's cake for hispanic weddings...it's just something for the groom if he has a specific sport or hobby to make a cake representing that. i won't be doing it, i'm spending enough on the cake itself!

Another Latina here (Dominican)

Any suggestions on good Merengues that will put the Dance floor busy for Latinos and no Latinos. I personally prefer older merengues

I am going to have TONS of merengue, bachata, salsa, tipica... ALLL the hick stuff!!!!

And my RH menu is ALLLLL latino food... Salsa Caterer's can THROW DOWN!!!

I hear you b/c my menu also consist of latin food and my DJ is going to play everything but we want more spanish music b/c that is our thing!

Couldnt have put it better myself However, I am thinking of doing it...my FH is a vet tech..(well unemployed at the moment)...but i wanted to get him a grooms cake in the shape of a dog or something...but I dont know yet..so far this wedding is too much $$$ and I cant keep adding uneccesary things to it..
