I hated my name when I was younger. My parents named my sisters, Regina, Tara, Megan (all popular names, all able to get things with their name on it) and then me, Meredith. I could never ever find anything with my name on it, and if I did find it, it was spelled wrong. I wished I was a Jennifer or an Anne. Something common.

I wanted a common name when I was a kid. Like Jessica, or Elizabeth, or Melissa. I love the name Nicole and I think that's what I want to name my daughter if I have one, one day.
ANYWAY...enough rambling. My 'real' name is Lorenza. And my whole life even though I'm a girl people call my name out as 'Lorenzo' the truth is, my mother carried 4 children before me and swore I would be a boy because she didn't have the 'girl' feeling, so she didn't bother to pick out a girl name. So, she had to improvise. That's why I'm Lorenza. with and 'a'

I always wanted a nickname. Besides 'Li' I couldn't have one for Lisa..so I liked the name Larissa.

When I was young and thought I was Miss Mack, I'd tell guys my name was Carlene or Carlina!!! What a jerk!!!

I actually always liked my name (Cindy), at times I wanted to be Stephanie (my confirmation name & my grandmother's name). I also always liked the name Katie.

I was suppose to be named Cara but my mom never pronounced it the same way twice so my dad told her to pick a different name
