Any good recipes for this? I don't have to make it until 11/30 (my FH's b.day) but since we're going on vacation on Sat. I want to be prepared for what I'll need. Thanks in advance for your help!!

my mom makes a really good leg of lamb. She roasts it in the oven, coats the leg with olive oil and puts rosemary on it. then she cuts slits in the meat and puts whole cloves of garlic in them. they give the lamb a wonderful flavor. Of course she takes them out (the garlics cloves) before slicing and serving.
FOr my mom...who hates the smell of lamb cooking...the garlic covers up that smell!!
