lending clothing

Original post by RedHead

OK about 2 onths ago i lent one of my pretty Bebe shirts to my friend to wear to a bar...

Two months later...i still have not gotten back my shirt..
I tried calling her saying i need it for a b-day party
When she didn't return it i yelled at her jokingly about not having back yet

and STILL NOW NO SHIRT....

Has anyone else had this problem? ANd how did you handle it?

I hate when that happens. Bri always borrows clothes from me and I never get them back. They disapear into thin air.

Yeah right

I had this happen once with a girl at school. She used to borrow my gym clothes all the time and when I'd mention returning them, she would always change the subject. I got so pissed off that I actually went to her house to say 'hi' and just as I was about to leave, I mentioned the clothes as an after-thought. She had no way of avoiding giving me everything back.

i had/have same situation as Julie - my sister lost more of my clothes then i care to think about right now. she was constantly stealing my clothes and they would get all stretched out, she is like 5'8', and i'm only 5'2' grrr

my friend is 5'8 too

but she is super skinny so i don't think she stretched anything...and it is black so unless bleach got on it i am sure that is ok...
now if she ripped it...at least come clean...i am calling her again tomorrow

my sister 'thinks' shes my size...
just call her and get it back. i'm sure nothing is wrong with the shirt itself, she probably thinks that you'll eventually give up and the top witll her hers for the keepin'....
