Ive seen some pics in mags with girls who alternated the length of the dress and it looked cute. I dont think it really makes a diff in my opinion, but I have been seeing a lot of tea length dress that I like a lot more. I would let the girls decide what they feel more comfortable in.
I personally would rather keep all the lengths the same-whether you chose tea length or floor length is up to you but I'd keep it all the same length.

I think all the girls should be comfortable, so tea length or long will be ok. as long as they are in the same color...let them wear what they want. (it doesn't have to be so traditional anymore!) differences make your wedding unique.
