When the reception picks up the line (she thought I was Maria!!!) she said ' THESE ******* PEOPLE ARE GETTING ON MY NERVES!!!'...

I was like 'Hello!! I'm Emily and my event is june 28th!! Great Customer Service!!!' ...

She was so shocked!! She didnt know what to say!!

In reality its not funny!! That is wrong .. She shouldnt say that of people who call!! When Ian calls me back I'm going to let him know.. Thats wrong!!

OMG!!! that's awful!

and reading the part about the 18% service charge that is added to the bill, I am confused..if it doesn't go to the servers then what the hell is it for??!? so were expected to pay the 18% , plus tip the servers, tip the MD and tip the BA? Thats ridiculous.

The house takes the service charge and the MD gets only % the rest of the staff does not get anything ( that s way there priices are good) Fm if you more questions worked there for years ago Almost MOST catering HAlls do that mine does, others RH i have worked in its part of buiness an dits standred

These are the Pictures of some of the cakes. I think there were about 3 or 4 more that I did not get. My cake is the first one. I hope this works

The one I upgraded too looks like #3 but its round and not square!

what filling did you get?

I got the canoli filling and I guess the cake will be like white cake

MAKE SURE it's canoli and not that crap they gave me.. vanilla pudding with chocolate chips.. Especially since you are paying extra for an upgrade!

If i remember correctly- they charged 18% gratuity and then tax on top of that.. I assumed the gratuity went to the waiters and staff. They were adamant on telling us to tip the maitre'd and the girl that sticks by your side the whole night..

Im still trying to figure out what the 18% gratuity is for. At my meeting with Ian he stated we should tip the bridal attendant 50 dollars and the MD should get aproximately 500 dollars in which he would split with the wait staff and kitchen staff.
