This is one tradition we will not break. And we ae getting married at the RH .... We extended our cocktail hour so we can make sure we get there and will do just a few full group shots and couple shots after the ceremony. All the separate girls and guy shots will be done before. Its a personal decision..... I think there is more of a wow factor when he sees me walking down the aisle than any staged reveal. Just my opinion!

Me and my fiance are seeing each other before the ceremony so we can get photos out of the way so we can enjoy the cocktail hour food. We paid alot of money not to be able to enjoy what everyone else is enjoying.
THIS!! Plus FH and I are both Jewish and will be signing the Ketubah before hand!

I dont believe its bad luck, but the best part of your wedding is walking down the aisle, im sorry.
After i walk down the aisle im not going to really care about much else so, if youre ok with giving that up (which is fine if you are) then go for it, I would benifit so much from seeing mine before hand for pics etc but i refuse

I don't think it has anything to do with good or bad luck or a marriage being 'doomed' but I want to have that moment when FH sees me coming down the aisle. The staged reveal can also be very nice, but it's not what I've always dreamed of.

do what feels best for you! i refuse to see him before the ceremony and that's a non-negotiable for me. we are getting married at hall, so photographers we talk to are trying to push us to do pictures before though. try to work out a schedule and weigh your pros and cons
