EEPPP!! I am going florist hunting this weekend and I need advice on who to choose! I want the most bang for my buck as well as great quality and customer service. Any advice/tips?

My vote is for Flower Michele. Love them!!! They are having a showcase of their own actually on Wednesday for present brides booked with them and anyone who is interested in seeing their work as well (potential future Flower Michele brides). Maybe Ill see you if you decide to go

So far this was my favorite task of wedding planning. I ended up with Pedestals and loved Vito. He read my mind and just knew exactly what I wanted. Pricing was also below what I budgeted for which was a huge plus!

The vendor i recommend is not on your list but i recommend Designs by Rose their customer service is excellent because it's just Rose,her mom,they work with any budget and do beautiful work. They are based out of Howard Beach.

We are using Pedestals....the pricing ended up being a lot more reasonable than I had originally thought it would be! Their work is amazing and I can't wait to see my samples!

we met with flowers by brian, pedestals and flower michele.
fbb and pedestals didnt really get what we were going for. they did try to come up with different ideas but we didnt care for them. flower michele got it right away and john came up with some great ideas. fm also had better prices than the other two.
but if you're really looking to safe money try flower barn. they were willing to do everything flower michele was for $400 cheaper.
in the end we went with flower michele.

my sister used john from flower michele, they did a good job. i booked w/ flower barn (not on the list). good luck!

We looked at Burton's (who never even showed us a portfolio and only had silk flowers in their showcase), Pedestals (LOVED LOVED LOVED them - booked them!!!! - they took my ideas and multiplied them! Got me so excited about envisioning my day), and Flower Michelle (who I probably would have loved had I not gone to Pedestals first. They sort of just parroted what I wanted and didn't envision things for me). Have fun, this has been my favorite part so far!

I met with everyone on that list except burtons. Finally I decided on Richard (pwp florist/scotto brother florist). I felt most confident in him, I got to see my cp before signing, and I got a good deal. His prices are pretty average, he was the lowest, but not the highest either. Also, I really liked how he is on site, so if something isn't right or doesn't look the way its suppose to, he can change it immediately.
