Sigh....Brooklyn or New York Botanical Gardens.

Other than that, I really love the Fox Hollow and I'm happy with it.

Naninas on the Park in NJ.

I loved it but their minimum for a Sat night was 250 ppl.

Love my RH....as far back as I can remember..I've always wanted to get married at the watermill

HOwever....if money was no object...hands down....Oheka Castle....just LOVE the grounds!!

Well if I couldn't make Lands End work, which we almost didn't, I probably would have done it at the Southwood Ho Country Club.

Next choice would have Bourne Mansion, which is super beautiful and run by Lessings, so I know it would have been wonderful.

BUT I LOVE LOVE LOVE Lands End!! I wanted it on the water and it is a beautiful waterfront spot.

We really didn't look at too many places. DH wanted to get married in a Mansion. de Seversky was the one. If it wasn't that, we'd have to pick another one on the island but I didn't look at any of them.

On a side note...it's funny how places that are top choices for some girls can get automatically thrown out because of previous experience. For example, my HS had proms at CLM and Coral House. Those were off the list before I was ever engaged. Same for Majestic Gardens - work holiday party. And VYC - the old John Anthonys...cant do it, even with the remodel. I still see the black and white tiled floor. And then don't forget the weddings you've attending and then ruled the place out because so and so got married there.

We are doing that at Lands End. We have to pay for it though, but we actually know the guy who's marina runs it for CLM, he is a wedding guest, so that helped.

I dont know what hall I would pick. I saw alot of RHs before picking and I really liked WM, JT( our second Choice), Milleridge and only one room of Fox Hollow. But there were alot more we wanted to see but, feel in love with The Riviera so I guess I would have to go and look some more.
The funny thing is all the RHs we liked we have a wedding at each of them so we get to still enjoy in a different way.

If I was getting married on LI I would have picked Land's End. We went to my friends wedding there and we really liked it.

If I had the $$$ it would have been Naninas on the Park in NJ or the Venetian in NJ. In LI it would have been Okeha Castle.

I am hoping I know someone who will get married at Okeha Castle
