Paella - which is rice with seafood. Sausage and Peppers. Empanadas -spanish style beef patties and other stuff cant remember. Drink they serve are Frozen margaritas, coronas and Tequilla.

The good thing is that you have some time to change your menu or make addtions nothing is set in stone. I am going to wait till 3 months before and pick out the cake, and add any extras- I am so indecisive so I dotn want to add soemthign and then have to take it out to add somehting else. LOL

I think you do that 3-2 months before. I am shceduling for May because I need Direction cards for my invites. wow thats coming up soon

this saturday is a tasting day so i called up my guy - anthony - and after that we are going to set up our menu becouse i am having them custom made and i will take my directions this saturday..

the 3rd floor has 1 room for cocktail, the main room and 2 bridal suites, one of the suites will be converted into the v-hour so dancing isn't inturupted.

When I went to a tasting I had to call the BM to let him know. It makes sense, what if too many people show up, then you might not be able to fit in the tasting room.

lol - well aside from having too many people there at one time you have to make sure the chefs are available. You don't want to walk in for a tasting and there aren't any chefs there to cook for you.

p.s. - the chefs are AMAZING! They cook the food perfect. I personally like rare steak and they make it absolutely perfect. If on the off chance someone doesn't get what they ordered, it's most likely that the server who mixed up the order. There are usually 2 servers for each table (and most times have 2-3 tables at one time).
