Lighting Question
You could do any color you want. Even have them change the lights at certain times in the night. Personally, I love lights in the amber color. But my friend got married last year and her color was pink and she did the uplighting in pink and it looked awesome!

Lighting Question
I'm a very matchy person so if your colors are mainly white and purple I would do purple up lighting. My BM dresses are truffle (dark brown) and champagne but I plan on having orange/yellow flowers so I plan on doing either one or both of those colors for the up lighting,

Lighting Question
I plan on sticking with amber for a neutral look. Our colors are a bit more neutral, so we would've done it either way. When they showed us the amber uplighting at CHCC I LOVED it!

Lighting Question
I would go with the purple but I like the matchy look. My BM dresses are navy so the room is going to be blue lights.

Lighting Question
To me the point of uplighting is to transform a room. Definitely use your colors and go with the purple!

Lighting Question
Can you get them to show you the different variations in the room before you decide? We are planning on sticking with ivory/cream up lighting to focus on the ornate sculpturing on the walls. Our RH is an old movie theatre from the 1920s and has lots of cool architectural features.

Lighting Question
My colors are plum and pewter (purple and gray lol) and I am doing purple uplighting. I LOVE how the purple looks in my venue so it was a no brainer for me.

Lighting Question
My color/design scheme is basically the same as yours, purple with white flowers/accents. I plan on keeping the uplighting purple to tie the whole thing together.

Lighting Question
I'm having a purple themed wedding as well. My uplighting is alternating purple and white lights so it's not overpowering.

Do you have any pictures of any of the rooms at the CHCC in amber ?
