I had a problem with this also because i have a sort of adoptive dad (my real dad and i haven't spoken in 10 years) who just assumed the role as my father.

I wouldn't choose that one if i were you. Its about a father who mistreated his daughter and walked out on her, therefore, kind of messed her up.

Well, that's not good. Why the heck is it listed in the songs? Oh well, back to the drawing board I guess!
