The dress comes with a wrap...maybe instead og b-quots they can hold gigantic lolly pops to go along with the dresses

Dani that completely Sucks!! I am so sorry!!! Please make sure that they know that you are posting it on here and that you are a less than satisfied bride.

If this is the norm for this company then it was Lillettes responsiblity to warn you. Is there a way to down play the pink with a white sash or wrap anything. Also talk to your florist. Maybe they can help with the flowers too- to distract from the pink

OK, DANI- I am writing this in caps to get your attention. SOMETHING SIMILAR HAPPENED TO ME. HERE IS WHAT YOU CAN DO WITH BILL LEVKOFF DRESSES- AS LONG AS IT IS NOT LAMOUR SATIN. THE BILL LEVKOFF YOU HAVE IS PROBABLY EUROPEAN SATIN. CALL MADAME PAULETTE'S IN THE CITY AND READ THEM THE CONTENTS ON THE BACK OF THE DRESS. THEY CAN DYE THE DRESSES FOR YOU ALTOGETHER. THEY HAVE A PROFESSIONAL THERE WHO SPECIALIZES IN DYEING AND THAT IS AN OPTION YOU HAVE. THEY WILL DYE THE DRESSES WHITE. AT LEAST YOU HAVE AN OPTION.

I am extremely disappointed with Lillettes. I can’t believe Kathy isn’t helping you one bit!!
Dani don’t worry about telling them you are writing this on the boards. I am going there Saturday and I will make sure to tell Gerri how I feel about this!! And personally talk to Kathy and let her know how unhappy people are on the boards! As I am too. After your situation, I am reconsidering having the girls order their gowns from there! I haven’t had or heard of any problems with service till you posted your situation. This is not good at all!!

cw...Cathy is going to give you the whole story about how the colors don't vary, meanwhile I have the swatch they gave me right here and it doesn't match....Its funny how they don't see a difference but my whole bridal party and family does. I think they all need to get their eyes checked. Thanks so much fo all of your support..I truly appreciate it all of your kind words...I'm starting to feel much better.

something else about lilette's - one of my friends got married a couple of weeks ago.... anyway, one of her BM's has this outstanding body, and didn't need any work done on the upper part of the dress (2 piece dress).... well, long story short, while the BP was on their way to the church in the limo, wouldn't you know that the boning that was in the upper bodice popped the seam on her dress - not very noticeable, but still made her uncomfortable - thank goodness the dress had a shawl! turns out lillete's never bothered to check this dress out at all!!! that's not kewl..............

I'd call the company that makes the dresses, they won't want you to be upset!

I can understand that they cannot control the dying variables, but if it is drastically off,,,,NO WAY IS THAT ACCEPTABLE!!!

I would find a reputable material dyer and have them dye the dress (if that exists) and make the store pay for it.

Or else,,,,maybe have the girls shop for simple dresses, off the rack??? Try Estelles in Farmingdale.

I will tell you under NO circumstances is that dress bubble gum pink - even with dye lot changes (which are subtle at most)

Dani-Contact Bill Levcoff company on your own. The web-site has an option. My friend did & they made sure our dresses came in the right color. (We ordered champagne they came in lt olive) I'm sure they will try to help you as much as possible. Get someone to take a digital photo of the dress & e-mail it to them. show them how wrong the colors are. There is no reason you should be upset on your wedding day. If you don't rectify it you won't be happy on your day or w/ your photos. Take a stand!!! GOOD LUCK!!!

I don't knwo if any othe girl posted this, but have you considered going to Estelle's or a David's & getting new dresses off the rack? You could always sell the others on e-bay.... and pink will most likely sell even if it was not your favourite colour.

Maybe they showed you the wrong color chart. This happened to my friend a few years ago at Bridal Suite in Centereach. She picked a coral color and when the dress cam in it was more of a hot pink. It turns out they showed her the wrong chart. I would definetly call the company and keep arguing with the store. Good Luck

I'm so sorry you are dealing with this. I got my dres and BM dresses at Lillette's and had no problems, but I am very disappointed in them now.

It will work out. The dress is beautiful. I love pink so if someone does sell it on ebay. I would place bid.
