Didnt you get to see another dress by that manufacturer in that color or at least a swatch? Were the dresses expensive and would the bridal party mind ordering new ones? I know that is asking alot of them but you never know. Good luck to you!

You march up there with your bridal party and speak reasonably to the owner. After being civil, if that doesn't work, you should RAISE HELL. The people who refuse to get walked all over ARE THE ONES THAT DON'T!!! I've been in this situation many a times with businesses. REMEMBER THE SQUEAKY WHEEL GETS THE GREASE! AND tell them LIWEDDINGS girls are WAITING to see what they'll do about it!!!

This happened RECENTLY to a coworker. The BM's dresses were supposed to be a pale blue and when they came in were a BRIGHT blue. Lillettes at first said there was nothing they could do, but she continued complaining and they finally ordered new ones that came in correctly.

Keep on them!!!!!

I'm sure this doesn't make you feel better, but the dress is beautiful!!! I'm so sorry there is a problem with the color. I'd defintaely fight them on it, BUT if there's 'nothing they can do', please don't let it ruin your wedding. You will have the best day regardless of what color your BM's are wearing

If I remember correctly the Euro pink in Levcoff
is bright, but tomorrow I am going to check it out for you.....

The color as it appears on the website is a pale pink. It looks as though it has a silvery pink base. Bubble gum pink has a violet red base... I cannot see how the colors would vary so much. Also, if these dresses are made to be dyed, then why does this seem to be an ongoing problem?

I would keep on Lillettes, but I would also contact Levkoff & tell them about your problem & also that you know other brides who have had the same problem.

Thanks so much girls for all of your suppost. I am supposed to hear back from them on Monday to see what they are going to do. Hopefully they will order em knew ones. I'll keep you girls posted

I am so sorry for what u are going thru. I had called Lillettes and was not impressed with them on the telephone when I was asking questions for my friend who needed a dress in a larger size, they were rude and not too nice. I would try to call the manufacturer. Good luck, calm down and hugs to u.

you should definetly call the manufacturer and ask them about dye lot variations. i hope that everything works out for you. i am sure it will all work out!

I agree with the others...look at the swatch they showed you again....if it is not the same color...demand they contact the designer and rush you new dresses!

I am so sorry this is happening to you! I will join the riot there with you and the others! They have to do something. We should call 7 on your side, or the one on Fox 5, or even news 12. They have been showing a lot of wedding things lately, I am sure they would show interest in your story.

I feel so sad for u... Lillettes is horrible, and so is the service! I was there looking at gowns and i had to wait like an hour before one of the woman working there even helped me. I went to bonaventure for my gown and bridesmaid dresses and was very happy!! Good luck!

Well girls...the owner called me back today saying there was nothing she can do about it..So it is obvious that on Thursday they just said that to get me out of the store. I also contacted the company who (although they were very nice)could not do anything for me because the dresses come from China and would take at least 4 weeks to be rushed which is not enough time. They even checked their stock to see if maybe that had it in another color but they didn't so it looks like I'm stuck with bubblegum pink dresses. I do still have to go back to Lillettes to pick up one bridesmaid dress...I think I'll go Saturday Lillettes will definitely be sorry becaue they picked the wrong girl to screw over
