I had a horrible first impression. The guy I was to meet made it seem like I was an inconvience when we got their. He wasnt at all professional. He told FI and I to go out and look at the limo's by ourselves because he had to watch the phones.

One limo reaked of booze and I said to him when we went back into the office, when do you clean your limo's? He said as soon as they come back. I said well its 2pm so that one limo what came back at 1:45, he said no it came back at 6am. I said well then you dont clean them as soon as they come in. Its 8 hours and that limo stinks terribly. I got a hang over just from opening the door. He got nasty with me telling me that they have a huge fleet and only so many men.

The guy was really rude and obnoxious. He was telling us that we'll never find a limo company and that we basically have to go with him because he is the best. He got me really annoyed. FI was ready to walk out as soon as we got their because it really seemed we were wasting his time, but I wanted to look at the limo's.

Other girls had good experiences with them, me personally had a horrible horrible horrible first experience and he is never getting my business.

I too find it weird its 2 names and when I asked around I was told its totally legal because they are the house vendor to quite a few halls and this is how they 'double' their business. I find it shady, but some justify it and its legit.

I cant believe how nasty they were. The guy we spoke to had on a sweatshirt and jeans. He wasnt even neat looking.

Chip John is looking over my shoulder, reading this and him & I are hysterical right now, he swears what you wrote was me, like I said.

The guy was filthy!

One rolls royce was leaving to get a bride, he said i could sit in it before he left.

There was birdseed (whoever still uses that????) anyway, there was birdseed on the floor, the car even though it was just cleaned was dirty looking, the seats had ground in forever dirt on them, the headliner on the inside roof was hanging down, if I were in there with my veil, I'd be punching the **** thing, having a fight with it all day

He told us to go look at the cars, missing door locks, scratches.. I was like, OK! ready John? He said he was when he first got there!

OMG i had the same thing, I could sit in the rolls before it left to get a bride. I was like what if i have a limo to get me I hope to high hell that it isnt being on a show room floor so potential clients could track their muddy feet into my car then come and get me in my white dress.

2 cars had minor scratches on them and I mumbled the cars have scratches and Brian looked at me. I said I am just pointing out the obvious.

Did you see a car with a big gaping hole in it (missing door lock?) Another bride told me the car was like that 2 months before for her wedding so it wasn't like this was being repaired!

The guy was telling me how their were only 13 rolls royces made in 1989 and he has 5 of them. I said so you are really proud to have 13 year old cars (it was still 2002 when we went)

He was going on and on of how he has all original rolls. I laughed. I was very much amused by his BS. I think we needed boots hearing him talk.

for an original rolls it sure wasn't maintained nicely

Damn, I should just cancel the appointment I have with them!

You know, I had heard some stuff about Royalty, but honestly had no CLUE they were the same as Limo Connections. The two names thing is a turn off automatically.....
