This whole limo booking thing is driving me insane! I kept hearing such good things about Royalty so my FH called them today. Talk about RUDE! My FH asked for a specific person and told him that he came highly recommended but he just sorta grunted and was not helpful whatsoever. The guy sounded so distracted and kept offering a 10 person limo after my FH told them at least 3 times that it was for 12 people...and that we wanted a 14 person limo. He even quoted us higher than the other companies.
What a disappointment!

if it was who i think it was, don't let that get to you. go there and meet with them, they gave us a good price for a 14 passanger. gl

Yes, I too hated Manny. He was such a dissapointment and left a horrible taste in my and DH's mouth when we were looking. Beyond rude. Please give Double Diamond a try. I promise they are the anti-bad service company. They rock, guaranteed! You could see my review for pictures.

I had a similar experience with ROyalty- the man was rude to me... was not impressed... try sir oliver, the nicest people!

I think this is the place that FH called and he said they were rude to him.. Call someplace else, there are lots of limo companies out there.

Royalty wasnt rude to me at all, when I called or visited. I booked them on the spot. We got the Hummer and Chrysler 200M. I hear they are really good.
But if they were rude, I prob wouldnt have gave them a chance so I feel your pain... good luck on your Limo search!!

Manny left a bad taste in FI & I's mouth - he was totally not paying attention to us, and more focused on writing up the contract.

I had a similar problem with Manny. I booked Serenity Limos. Eddie was a total sweetheart, and after a lot of discussion we figured out what I needed, and that's what I got.

i booked royalty - but i too could not stand manny. i thought he was rude and pushy as well. he was more concerned with telling me about the longevity of the company than he was about what he was doing for me. he is very 'salesman' like - which makes me nuts.
but when you go - meet with kathy - she is the sweetest lady - and was very patient. we ended up booking with joe the owner - joe was more my style - no bs - no soap box - it was here is what it is, here is what you will get, and here is what i can do for you.
dont be discouraged - go and check them out. they are really good.

I booked All Star Limos in Farmingdale. They are very friendly, Cooperative and if your Involved in the Police Dept or Fire Dept they Give Discounts. I booked The Royce and H2.. The limos are amazing.

I met with Manny at a WM showcase and he was kind of pushy BUT gave us the best deal.

we booked royalty. we too did not and still don't like manny. its like pulling teeth to get in touch with him, but he did give us a good deal so we went with them. I've heard good things about their drivers, very helpful to all.

I have spoken with Manny, Joe and kathy. I got along well with all of them and they did quote me the lowest price across the board in regards to the limos.

That's so strange! I had my father take care of booking the limos, and he was SOOO impressed with Royalty. That's pretty disappointing.
Thus far I have had a great experience with Royalty and Manny. In fact I have had no problem getting Manny on the phone and I called like 10 times! I did check around and they def had the best prices for what I needed, but if you aren't happy with them there are plenty of Limo companies that would be happy to help you!
