limo? shuttle? need opinions
We are having our ceremony and reception at the same location. I will be getting ready at the hotel and fh is getting ready at his mother's house. We are taking our first look pictures and bridal party pictures before the ceremony at another location. I need opinions. Should I have a limo or shuttle pick up me, my parents, and bridal party at the hotel and take us to the location for pictures and then drop us off at the hall? It's getting confusing to me also since my mom is in a wheelchair so I'd need something that she'd be able to get into and her wheelchair. I'm starting to think it may be easier to have my fh get ready at the hotel too so he can have getting ready pictures done too since we only have one photographer. We also will need a shuttle to pick up and drop off guests from the hotel to the catering hall. I don't want this to cost a fortune and trying to mAke it easier but um stuck on this one. It would have been easier if we could get in the hall 2 hours before but they are only allowing us in one hour before.

We are doing the same thing too. We are doing a reveal at the beach and then going to the place. We were thinking of doing a party bus. I didn't even think about a shuttle. I mean its not like you are going to be taking many pics in it since you won't be going from the church to the place. We are looking to save money in this area too.

I did a party bus. They picked the guys up first, then picked the girls & me up at the hotel & we went to the RH for all the pictures. The bus was then used for the shuttle for the guests. It stayed at the RH for the rest of the day in case anyone needed to go back to the hotel and then took everyone back to the hotel at the end of the reception. We used Coachman and it was a 30 person bus, with tip it cost $1500 from 9am to 7 pm.Welcome New Vendors
