I've been to both...I liked both, but Lucky Chengs better, I thought they interacted more with the crowd and its a bigger place. Although when I went to Lips it was just a few of us hanging out and Lucky Chengs was a bachlorette party so maybe that's why I thought it was better. I really had a great time at both!

I've never been to LIPS (suezboss was just there) but I know Lucky Chengs is a nice place

lucky chengs was fun - the food, not too great.. but the drinks and interaction were GREAT.. good luck..
