What kind of Vodka, beer, etc.. does you catering hall offer? I know Top Shelf, but that does not always mean Premier.
Mine serves Absolute, Stoli and maybe 2 others, but not Kettle One or Grey Goose and I am starting to feel like I need to make a phone call.

My hall has all top shelf. FH made sure when we went last week that they hag Grey Goose, Kettle, and all types of beer and wine. I guess that's pemiere
If you ask for specifics they should supply it.

Ours is Top Shelf and we are able to switch out for other brands if needed. We also chose 2 domestic and import beers. Very picky BP so we had to be specific!!!

I'm not really sure about this one... they told me the top liquors but now who knows... I guess I will make a phonecall.... And... I never heard of NO SHOTS! whats the big deal, y can't people take shots?

Oh man what I probably started, every catering hall is probably cursing me out
Don't get nervous Ladies, Stoli, Absolut, etc.. are great Vodka's and are considered Top Shelf. SOme halls don't carry the Premium stuff such as Grey Goose and Kettle One, does not mean your halls s&cks, just is that way I guess.
As far as the shots, if you read your contract it will state the 'No Shot' rule, NOW does anyone follow this HELL NO and there are ways to get around it. It's a law I believe in NY for catering halls, but don't quote me on that. I have seen it in mine and was told it every place I went while planning.
I am sure we are all going to get our drink on one way or another
