I am having such a hard time choosing the first dance song. My FH and I don't have 'a song' we like lots of songs. I don't know what's our song I really love a song but my friend used it last year and I'm not going to use their song.

We are using Sweetest love by Robin Thicke
We used this for our cake cutting! I love that song!
Our first dance was Truly Madly Deeply by Savage Garden

We used 'God Only Knows' by the Beach Boys. Still makes me teary every time i hear it.

We have been having simliar issues trying to figure out a good song that is easy to dance to. It's not easy!
Thinking about Jewel, You Were Meant for Me. But it is an oldie...
I also like Home by Michael Buble, but both of these songs are about breaking up, not getting together.
I may opt for a classic, like Billy Joel, Just the Way You Are.
