Have any of you put in any though to the little extras you want at your wedding? Personalized napkins, matches, etc.? If so, what you are you doing?

I doubt I will be doing any of these. I do like the idea of the slipper basket. I will do this as an extra!

I don't want any of that....I just want beautiful colors through flowers and linens! I'm a minimalist! :) Why waste money on things that get thrown away!?!?!?!?

A few 2010 spring/summer brides had sandalwood fans for their guests. I loved that idea if you have any part of your wedding/reception outdoors.

I think I am going to personalized matches because we are going to have a cigar bar for FH and my dad. Or personalized cigar labels. Haven't decided which yet. But other than that, I'm not doing any of the other stuff

I'm with you girls on this one!! I am already spending enough money on the big stuff, I cant afford the little touches!
ETA: We do have our Channa plaque which we are going to put on our sweetheart table, as well as other personal items for our table and cake table. Also doing something in memory of close family members that have passed away. So I guess I am doing some personal touches

I plan on throwing some personalized touches of my own in there, but I don't think I will have any personalized napkins, matches, or slipper baskets. I have contacted some people about a monogram though!

This is a cool idea! I'm having the ceremony and cocktail hour outside so I may consider this since it is in the summer!

All the paper stuff is DIY (programs/menus/various little signs/table numbers/framed seating chart) and the monogram that is being used on everything. I feel it adds a little personal touch when this stuff is done by the bride and groom (well mostly the bride in my case LOL).
We are also going to be doing bathroom baskets in both bathrooms.
We will have 2 signature drinks available for the guests in our color scheme (1 green drink and 1 yellow drink option).
I was looking into matches and cocktail napkins but that's going to be something that if toward the end we can afford to do it, then we will do it.
Since the day after the wedding is mother's day, we are going to have 2 vases of yellow roses outside the main room with a framed poem for all the mother's at the wedding. We are going to have the DJ make an announcement for the mother's to each take a rose home with them when they leave.
We will have a floating memorial candle (similar to our unity candle) engraved with 'In Loving Memory Of' and then have it placed next to a multi-opening frame that has pictures of our loved ones who have passed. One of the openings in the frame will have a little message written in it.
We have our Channa Plaque that will be placed at the head table.
Our guest book is a photobook of our e-pics with space for the guest to write around them.
We have a pretty non-traditional wedding topper which I am sure with get some laughs (pic in album)
