They are raising the Terrorist Threat Warning from Med. to High. They said especially in Hotels & apt buildings & they are expecting something in February.

It totally freaks me out ... especially that I am three blocks from the old WTC!!! I think NY would be the most risk too ... if they want to hurt us financially, hit NY, right? Shamma ... I'm with you - I just pray everyday. I hope that we will all be safe!

I feel that they they cant hurt us any worse. They changed our lives, our skyline and the way we do our day to day tasks, how much worse can some one do. They took out 2 huge buildings.
I think yes we are all paranoid, but we all just need to just live our lives like we have. If we let them see us scared, they win. Thats the thing those who want to hurt us can not see us scared.
after 9/11 i turned to reading a lot of 9/11 books and what i learned is if for us to be bigger, stronger and winners, we cant let anyone see us be scared. If we run and hide they will walk all over us.
So i just live my life everyday, tell my friends i love them everyday and be glad that i live in a country where i can speak my mind, i can work, i can be anything i want to be, and that my thouhts and opinions can be heard.
So every morning i wake up, i thank god for a new day and i live my life.
