Living situation after you are married

How many of you are renting.. or buying a condo/townhouse.. or buying a house?

We will be moving into the city, so we will be renting for the time being until we know where we want to live!

none of the above. my husband bought a house before I met him and I had also bought a condo before we started dating.

FH already bought a house a few months back so I will be moving there once we are married

We bought an apartment a few months ago, and will continue living in it when we get married

Fh bought the house we live in a few years before we had even met. We will probably sell and buy a new house in a couple years when we are ready for kids. (AHH scary!)

we live together in an apartment now. Our plan is....

We are getting married May 2012, Our lease is up Oct 2012 so between then we will hopefully be searching for a house & making babies in the process

We bought a condo. We plan living here a total of 7 yes or so. Then it's either North Shore of western Suffolk or the city!

Wow so a lot of you already own a house. How did you afford it?! The houses around where we want to live (Plainview, Commack) are pricey.. and the ones that aren't pricey need a lot of work. We'll most likely get a townhouse (Plainview Villas)

FH and I rent an apartment in a 2 family house right now. After the wedding, anything we make from the wedding is going to straight into a house fund and we will continue to save and hope to purchase a house within the next 2 years

FH decided yesterday (x-mas) that he wants to buy a house before we get married. So now we will be looking for houses. A guess that is a yay?

Right now we're renting until we find a house we like and we're ready to buy. Hopefully next year!

FH and I have been living together for 4 years, I bought our current apartment last December and we will continue to live there for another couple of years before getting a house!
