we lived together for 7 months before we got engaged. i definitely think it is a good idea. even though we had been dating for over 5 years at the time, there were still a lot of things to get used to. if anything, now i am more sure that i have found the person that i want to marry. i can't imagine not living with my FH.

We have been living together for 3 yrs. This March we will be together 4 years. But actually that first year he was basically living with me too just not paying the bills and then I got smart!!!

We started living together about 2 months after we got engaged and will be living together for about 1 year and 2 months on our wedding date. My parents were not thrilled, but they're dealing with it.

I know alot of 'old fashioned' ppl will tell me I'm wrong but I think it's foolish not to live together before your married. Times are not like what they were long ago and I truley believe that you Don't really KNOW someone ( all the good AND bad) unless you live with them.

We have lived together for 5 years now. I couldn't imagine having to go through all of the stresses of moving in together while also stressing over the wedding. It isn't right for everyone, but it definetely works for us.
