So I've been crashing the 08 board all day today - I'm home sick from work and looking to procrastinate and not grade 90 8-10 page research papers - but I saw on Kimbalina's albums that they 08 girls threw a bridal shower for themselves! Isn't that a great idea for a gtg! Have you girls talked about doing something like that already? I know I'm relatively new here. If so, I'd love to help out and be involved. If not, would anyone be interested in the idea of all of us having a shower gtg?

It looks like so much fun! I might even be able to have it at my parents house if there weren't too many of us... and we could pot luck it to save on $$$ because I am certain many of you guys are like me and trying to save every penny! Kimbalina said that they all were given secret bride partners and they bought something worth 25 dollars off of their registry as a shower gift!

But now looking at how girls are there... I don't know if my mom would kick my *** for having that many people over - lol - but we do love to entertain!
We could even play bridal party games where we all give some info about ourselves that we've discussed on the boards and who ever gets the most matched correctly wins a prize!

We can try and find a weekend, possibly in the summer since I may be moving to Baltimore in August... How funny would the pics be... we could ALL wear veils... I wonder if we pitch it right to some vendors (like photogs) if they'd contribute prizes... or services!

Hi Ladies...yeah we talked about doing something like that. The 08 girls had theirs at a restaurant...I think it was called BlueLagoon or something...perhaps we should try and come up with a month that might work?
