LIW Bridal Shower

So I've been crashing the 08 board all day today - I'm home sick from work and looking to procrastinate and not grade 90 8-10 page research papers - but I saw on Kimbalina's albums that they 08 girls threw a bridal shower for themselves! Isn't that a great idea for a gtg! Have you girls talked about doing something like that already? I know I'm relatively new here. If so, I'd love to help out and be involved. If not, would anyone be interested in the idea of all of us having a shower gtg?

I think we should get a number of people who think they are going to come first. Who ever is going to collect money needs to do it before the event so no one can back out last minute then the rest of us are stuck paying more.

yes! we will def have to collect $ before we make anything final

I made another thread asking who wants to come so we can get some kind of number. I will make another one voting on what month is good.

ok... so why dont we get a post going to see if aug is a good month, how many people want to come, AND what they would rather do.. have it out or do a backyard deal...

I think this is going to be a great GTG, I am excited to help plan it. I went to school for hospitaity but concentrated on event management so this is my thing :lol;

i agree. love planning even though did not teach that at law school lol
