I sent out thank you letters immediatly after the second and third interviews (individual letters to the people because I met with 2 people in round 2 and 2 people in round 3) and i called HR 2 times and still nothing.
Why do companies do this??????

Jenn LOL nope. I am on here as soon as I get up and I am on till Brian gets home from work at around midnight.
But Monday and Tuesday's he is day off so I let him have the computer since I am on it all the time.
Though he is working today, he went in for a comp day this way he has an extra day for our vacation in June
OMG what am I going to do in June, I'll be away for 5 days with no access to LIW...holy cow I better start preparing myself now...
