LOADS of checks. One might say...PANTLOADS of checks.

- Sent all of the photos to the artist who is making the custom cake topper for us!

- Going to the Indian stores in Jackson Heights tonight to get him some pants to go with his jacket for the reception.

- Currently considering an etsy person for the BM jewelry and convo'ing her.

- Florist appointment with Verbena on Thursday night.

- Packed up/threw out some stuff yesterday in anticipation of moving in with FH soon!

- Have an appointment with the imam on Friday who is *hopefully* going to perform our legal AND Muslim ceremony!

- Found a dress in my closet for Roz's wedding so I don't have to be mad ghetto and keep the tags on a new 'purchase'.

- Have FH calling the jeweler today about maybe meeting with him on Friday to pick out bands!

- Taking this Friday off so I can pack up more stuff in my apartment and throw out a ton of crap!

eta: And even though I already mentioned it, the invites are DONE!!! Will post pics laterz!

You went to Jackson Heights already? Were they helpful, I find that they don't really want to help me when I go shopping there. And they usually try and rip me off since I'm not Indian.

We're going tonight, just for pants for him. His mom and dad bought us everything else that we need for the wedding when they went back to Bangladesh a few months ago.

They do try to rip people off! They also follow me around the stores, I hate it. I've yelled at the people in those stores a few times after asking them nicely to just leave me alone.

You have to just go in with a big set of balls and bargain with them. And if they don't bite at what you're offering, then leave. It's hard, I know. But some of the people in those stores really try to rip off their customers!
