im stuck dealing with patients surgeries this week ..
and i called an old man who swears hes in the mobb to give him the rundown...
he starts SCREAMING at me over me trying to get his pharmacy # so i can call in his meds so he can pick them up B4 surgery so he can have them!! shfjhsdjkfhdjkfhdskjhjk
starts flipping out he doesnt have the # ..cursing at me..
'sir....sir.... you're yelling. SIR... this is abuse...click'
he called back and said sorry.

Ugh sorry. I used to do customer service, so I've been cursed out many times.
Now I'm a caseworker for kids in foster care. You could only imagine some of the things I hear from the biological parents

I do customer service all day too! some ppl are great and for some reason old ppl dont understand anything lol and they are always yelling!

I did customer service for pathmark for 5 years. Sometimes it was entertaining when people yelled at me cuz they would be screaming over 30 cents. I actually had a guy threaten me because some shrimp ring he bought was bad.
one time somebody said something that crossed the line and i almost jumped over the counter to them. Luckily one of my friends there held me back lol.

lollllll i used to be a telemarketer in high school.. but after my incident with a phonecall after 9/11.. i said NO WAY! (i was busy chewing my food and a call connected to a potential client, and i was on mute.. the lady thought i was her son in 9/11 calling to say hes alive...) bleh
anyway it was just funny with my tone of voice.. ill have to show u in person lol.. my coworker peed her pants

i know how you feel. i have sort of a 'customer service' aspect to my job. it ***** when you get yelled at for crap that isn't your fault
