They are not my style either for everyday,,,,but would be nice for a nice dinner set.

Actually, I like the ones on the left.
The ones on the right are a bit too ornate for me.
Can you keep them and still register for other silverware? And then use those for when FMIL comes to visit?

I actually like them too.. I'm not a gold person, but with a beautiful china set, complete with a decorative charger plate, that silver will look beautiful..

I want to return it but FH wont let me. The ones on the left are not that bad. The best part is the name of the line is her name. I almost fell on the floor laughing. I will only use them when she comes to town.

My MIL has something similar and I love them. They are so regal looking. They dress up a table beautifully.
