Looking for a DJ under $1000 for Aug wedding. Only need a DJ do not need a seperate MC. Need for 4/5 hours.
Any suggestions. . . please help!

I can't rave about my DJ enough - his name is Glenn Passerelli, WJGP Sound in Port Jeff! Glenn DJ'd my friend's wedding 4 years ago and I never forgot him - so nice, so low-key and played everything I wanted! I really wanted a band, DH wanted a DJ so I compromised - and I am glad I did! He was amazing! He never stopped playing, played a good mix of slow sonngs, dance music, oldies, etc! The crowed never stopped dancing the whole night - the dance floor was packed BEFORE the salad was even served - no flashing lights, no props - a class act from start to finish - he had people asking for his business card all night- FABULOUS!
He's definitely in your budget - good luck!

Check out High Voltage Sounds ( a vendor on this site ). Vinnie is great and his prices are too.

Well, I will be quite honest with you. The best DJ I know I can't book because he is an ex-boyfriend and it would be a little too awkward. But I would ABSOLUTELY!!!!!! recommend him as a DJ. Check out his website.
The DJ we booked for the wedding is Diamond Cut Productions. We liked him when we met him, but I have to admit I am getting a little nervous based on some reviews I have read by other brides. But there is nothing to worry about with Mr. Allnighter. Good luck in your search.
