Looking for a hall....

I'm new to LIweddings.com and am looking for some suggestions for halls.
I'm looking for a place that has only 1 wedding per night, if possible.

where are you?
how many people?
what kind of atmosphere?

welcome and you have most certainly come to the right place!

I suggest the beautiful Giorgio's in Baiting Hollow if you live near the East End.

They are a Vendor on this website.

You can also see my review under the Brides Review board.

Re: Looking for a hall....

Thanks for the quick reply :~)

I like the old fashioned look, nothing too gaudy, if you know what I mean.
I believe I will have app. 200 people. I hear a lot of people talking about the Jericho Terrace, do you know anything about that.

I am from RVC but I am currently living in College Point Queens right now. My church is in College point too. Not looking to go to far. I'd like to stay in Nassau....

I would recommend the Fox Hollow, we are also having 200 guests and just by how you are describing what you want I know that you will like it...Good luck & happy planning!

I am partial to the Floral Terrace....It is close to the NYC, Nassau border which makes it easy...There is only one wedding at a time & the food is amazing!

Lands End is great and is only one party. if you book a sunday there is an option to book it all day and all night

Milleridge Cottage sounds like something you might be looking for. It will definitely fit the number you have and is NOT gaudy at all.

ETA: and it's only one wedding at a time.

I second the Milleridge Cottage. It's not gaudy at all, reasonably priced and beautiful.

I was in a wedding at the Harbor Club in October and it was beautiful. Way off my budget for me, but nice if you have the money.
