I am in the same boat. 15 and last day of the month. The worst part, I work in a school and go the whole summer w/o a paycheck. The big one at the end of the summer doesn't helps like $3,000 goes to taxes. I have $60 in spending $ until the 15th...

I just spent the last $25 bucks on food for my FH and I! We are two struggling college students! We have no car, and I'm not getting a check this week!

i live paycheck to paycheck...i am about done with my summer money ....we get a lump sum at the end of the school...i cannot wait til sept 15 to keep getting paid every 2 weeks

i hada ask the FH for money to buy pickles for my sandwich!!!!

i'm glad i get paid every 2 weeks - granted i got paid on friday and more then half my check is already gone, but i feel for you girls who get paid on the 15th and 30th - i think i'd kill somebody

just today i had to move some money from my savings account to my checking because i'm running low and won't be paid for 2 weeks. this is when i hate being a teacher

I am a money hoard. I don't know why, but I have been saving money since I started babysitting at 12. My dad always taught me to put 50% in the bank - I actually listened!

I go major shopping once a year (at this time). Then I only get things here and there during hte course of the year.

Other than this time of the year, if it's not on sale I don't buy it no matter how much i love or want it!

My FI is the worst - he is like a woman. He once spent 120 pounds (nearly 200 dollars)on a pair of jeans, the boy is lucky we don't live in the same country!
