I got my DH's grooms cake at the Cake Gallery in N. Bellmore. It was delish...and Tom (the baker/owner) was awesome to work with (check out my review for pics). If you bring him a picture or give him an idea, he'll go with it. He's on facebook if you want to see some different ideas for cakes.

try cake madam. she has a fb page as well as a website you can contact her on. Her daughter goes to school with my little sister. I have seen a lot of her work and its incredible not to mention insanely awesome prices. shes making my engagement cake. ps delivery is free which is great/ good luck
