Looking for a venue !!!!

Hi Girls,
My friend just got engaged and she and her FH are paying for the wedding themselves, so the budget is not very big. She is looking for a venue with an ability to have the ceremony outside.
Since I just looked at one place before I booked mine, I wouldn't know what to recommend.
I would greatly appreciate if you guys can recommend some places.
The wedding will not be more than 100- 120pp.

i just heard on the radio today that Mediteranean Manor is having a blowout price of like 7600 for an entire package for 100 ppl. i'm sure there are some rules that apply but it covers EVERYTHING...dj, flowers, pics, etc. worth a shot to check it out.
