looking for affordable townhouse in nyc area

looking for affordable townhouse in nyc area..commutable to nyc, pool, community, etc...

i want a house but my dh is not handy so we have to compromise..

any ideas where ?

I live in Baybridge, which is in Bayside, Queens.Perfect location in my opinion, it's close to expressways, parkways and bridges..and also there are express buses to NYC across the street. It is a private, gated community with a indoor/outdoor pool, tennis and b-ball cts. and gym. Just not sure how much you want to spend..Good Luck!
