Looking for stores that carry plus sized evening or bridesmaid dresses

Does anyone know where I can find a nice selection of plus sized dresses? I've asked my bridal party to wear long black dresses for my wedding and I'd like to go shopping with my sister, who is above a size 16. I dont care what the style is, as long as she likes it and feels beautiful - but I'd just like to find a store with a nice selection - it doesnt necessarily have to be a bridal store - a nice black evening dress will be perfect.

If you can suggest a store or two I'd really appreciate it. When my sister got married a few years ago we went to Davids Bridal and they had a nice selection - but we shopped in MD. . . do all of the Davids around here carry plus sizes?

I want to have fun shopping for this with her and I really dont want her to see a dress she likes, only to hear that the 'model' size is only an 8 and she can't try anything on.

they have the dresses in all sizes.. the wedding dresses are in aisles by size and then the BM dresses are by color/style but will have that dress in 12, 14,16,18....

Have you though about going to some department stores -- since you aren't looking for a BM dress.

Neimans carries a lot of + sized stuff. I think Bloomingdales does as well.
