help! My FH and I on a very very tight budget, talking like 10k-12k on the whole day for 150 people. I've been told about the all inclusive places, I'm gonna check them out even though I have been advised they are very poor quality. I was wondering if anyone knows of any venues that are $60/pp or less? I am finding places listed for a good place on many sites aren't right, i.e. place on a wedding site says $50/pp got email today for $79/pp! I'm looking at March 2015 when I though this should be cheaper!?!? TIA

Try a Thursday night wedding! CrestHollow offered me $60 pp for a Thursday night can't remember if that was with tax. Also for all inclusive try East Wind. Thats where I am getting married but not with the inclusive package! Good luck

Try Mansion at West Sayville and Smithtown Landing Country Club. We go a great price for Friday night in summer so I'm sure they can do that price for March. And they are both Lessings Venues so its still great quality. Daytime weddings would give you the most bang for your buck too so check out Sat day or Sunday day prices.

Before we booked with Thatched Cottage we went to see the cottage at East Wind. It was soooo nice! The cottage itself doesn't hold 150 but the north Hampton and south Hampton rooms do and they are the same price for the all inclusive. Tell them you want to see the north Hampton because it has its own private entrance so you wouldn't come in contact with other weddings. Don't feel like by going all inclusive it means that your quality isn't as good....with east wind they have some very good vendors to choose from.
Check out Sunset Harbour in Patchogue and ask for Andy. If you did buffet-style on a Thursday night or even Sunday afternoon, they'd definitely be in your range. Even if you did a sit-down dinner, they'd still be in your range! It's pretty there :)

Sorry to hear that. Don't know if your talking about the difference between price ++ and price inclusive. Most places list a pice per person but once u add service and tax that price does increase. For instance I have on my Price list for Smithtown Landing March 2014 Saturday afternoon $65++ which comes out to $85 inclusive once tax and service fee are added. So keep that in mind while you're looking around, that there are added expenses on top of the Per Person price. Also I know you can talk down the price a little of there is a set number you have to stay under.
Happy Venue Hunting!

You could try Verdi's of Westbury. Their food is really good and their prices are very reasonable.

Try Harbor Links in Port Washington. It's on a golf course and they do a really beautiful job for a low price!

Yea the cottage is two smaller buildings one for cocktail hour and one for the main reception but I don't think it fit more than 100! I am in the Estate building which is completely separate can fit up to 200 but I dont think they will do all inclusive
