My friend/coworker joined (so I finally have someone to motivate me ) We work in Hauppauge so we go to the Commack one. I live near the Stony Brook one but haven't been there yet.

Yes, I like Lucille. I like the aerobic classes.
Right now I believe they have a no commitment plan, don't know the prices sorry. You should definently check into it if you like aerobic classes

i just joined one in the city - 49 per month for 6 months. i hate having to sign 2 year contracts!! It will get me through the wedding...people seem to really like the clubs. nothing fancy, but i like the idea of no men looking at me while i am trying to life my 10 pound dumbells!

I go Mon, Tues, Thurs, Fri we get there around 5:20...
