I think yogurt and an orange, but if I am super hungry I may grab a plain Panera turkey sandwich.

cream of mushroom soup and sandwich. I always have a soup during the week. hydration and all that good stuff

i WANTED broccoli rabbe.. but im alone and im not making some1 deliver it to my job when the place is liek 2 blocks away

so i got 2 eggs with cheeese and bacon on a roll from the roach infested deli.

I had a carbrite diet bar... not so bad but i am going to a destination wedding in antiguia in about 3 weeks so i have to starve a bit!

Same as yesterday...whole wheat pasta with roasted chickpeas, tomatoes, peas and mushrooms, topped with a little ricotta cheese and hot pepper flakes.

And a Crystal Light Slurpee. Classy!
