LUNCH CALL!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I have a sandwich -Ham and swiss on a bagel.......

BUT I am considering doing a Subway run - Turkey on Italian bread with oil and vinegar!!!!!!!

i had a carribean chicken salad already. best salad i ever had

now its time to choose btwn my lean cuisnes....hmmmmmmm

Salad with mixed greens, kirby cukes, tomatoes, blueberries and soy parm.

WW pita with Sabra hummus.

Snack was almonds and walnuts and lunch is gonna be a subway sandwich. Don't know what yet but it will be on whole wheat with jalepenos!
