Macy's Exchange Policy??

Does anyone know Macy's return policy if you don't have a gift receipt. We got a few Lenox pieces from our engagement party and although they are beautiful they are just not our taste. I'd like to exchange them without having to ask for a receipt. All three pieces were on Macys.com so I know they carry them.

as long as their in their original packaging and in new condition they usually will give you the lowest current selling price for them

Without any form of payment, you'll get an exchange for the lowest selling price within 180 days. If your registry was scanned when the purchases were made, that's as good as a receipt and you'll get an exchange for what the guest paid. HTH.

If you have a registry there, return them to the bridal registry department. I found this was the easiest way to deal with returns/exchanges. Without a receipt, you will receive the lowest current price for the items. They will probably give you store credit in the form of a gift card.

I really like the bridal registry department in Roosevelt Field - they are very nice, patient, and super accommodating.
