Macy's Furniture store

I'm reposting from NWR, sorry.... has anyone bought furniture here? I found my perfect couch there, but am hesitant to buy.... any opinions (good or bad) on this store?

My in-laws bought furniture from there a few months ago and love it. They were hesitant at 1st also but the quality of the couches is really good.

I bought a 3 piece living room set from Macys before our wedding. No complaints, everything looks great and is still hanging in. My SIL is a buyer for Macys Furniture and she supports the quality.

we have a couch in our bedroom from the clearnace center and it s is great - the quality is fine!

we have a 3 piece micro fiber set from there. no complaints. we got the warranty for 7 years and are happy with the quality.

I bought from Macy furniture - I bought my family room couches and such. I had a ton of issues. Almost every piece had a problem (stains, fabric defects, they dropped my couch and made holes in my pergo floor) and it took some time to clear up and many, many conversations and battles. Although it all did get cleared up in the end. And they did give me a $100 gift card for my troubles. The furniture is fine quality for my purposes. I know many people who have bought from them and no one had nearly the issues I had so it could have been bad luck. I wouldn't really buy from them again because it left a bad taste in my mouth but I wouldn't stop someone because like I said it could have been bad luck.
