So, 4 out of 5 of my bridesmaid's dresses came in WEEKS ago. One has gone 'missing'. They claimed because of the holiday (4th of July) maybe the shipments got out of whack. It was stated for a July 2nd delivery. They said they'd call when it came in or call them within the week.
Well... as you know a FEW weeks and a half have gone by since then and I called today. I was put on hold for about 15 minutes![]()
I hung up and called again. The dress has not come in! ![]()
They put me on hold for another 10 minutes saying that they were on the phone with the manufacturer. They came back on the line and said that they were on hold and they would call me back as soon as they heard.
That was at 3 pm this afternoon and I haven't heard a thing!!!
I am SO annoyed with them right now!!

Where's my BM's dress!!??!?

They spoke with the manufacturer and they said it was taking longer to make that particular dress and it will be shipped out next week and they're overnighting it so....
Keep your fingers crossed!! Let's hope they mean what they say!
(I spoke to a VERY sweet lady this time and she apologozed profusely for not calling back yesterday)![]()

That's good...at least you have a lil piece of mind now...and got to deal with someone who actually has a morsel of customer service in them!!!
