So our STDs are almost here (yay!!) Now here's the question: HOW DO WE SEND THEM OUT? Should we just put the magnet in the envelope? Or should we stick them to a blank fold over card and send them like that? My fiance says just send them alone, but I feel like we should tack them to a blank off white card. What did you do? They're a good size (about 3.5' x 4').

We got the attachment cards that went with them, but I think it's fine if you send them by themselves too!

We wrapped ours in white card stock so they wouldn't stick onto anything metal.

I bought the attachment cards that went with mine because I wanted the cute poem and our website . But I also didn't just want to put them in alone and have them slide around if the envelope was too big.

I just sent them out as is, but I'll give you one piece of advice - bring them to the post office. The magnet on them sometimes stuck to the mailbox, causing delivery to be really delayed. The ones I brought directly to the PO were fine.

I bought these single panel cards from target that said Save the Date for like $2 for a pack of 10 and stuck the magnet onto it with gluedots and sent them out.

when I got magnets they can in little plastic sleeves and I put those in little envelopes and mailed them out regular mail

I just put them in the envelope but I also brought them to the post office to be mailed so that I could make sure that they would be ok. They were all fine and most arrived the following day.

I sent them in a blank fold over card. I printed out wedding website ont he card underneath were we tacked the STD. I'm a dork and forgot to but the website on the STD,. That's why I did it this way.

We had business cards made up with hotel info and stuck it behind the magnet. All the magnets made it to their destinations. We didn't put them on card stock or anything.

I sent mine out in an envelope with a piece of ivory cardstock that had some more information on them.
