I am currently searching for a venue for my 2014 wedding. I was wondering if anyone has heard of majestic gardens and has any information on how good it is? Is the food good and has anyone attended a wedding or had their weddings held at majestic gardens? I would appreciate any help! Thanks
Hey...my FH and I looked at majestic gardens and it was a beautiful place, just was not fit for a wedding of over 150...never been toward wedding there but a friend of mine has and she said the food is good!
I'm a MG bride. I'm getting married there in April. I've been to several showcases there. They have a mock cocktail hour and food is delicious! Olympia and John have been nothing but helpful throughout this process. I believe there is a showcase in the next few weeks. I would definitely go. After the first showcase, I booked that night. my friend got married there and loved it. i didnt go myself. she said the food was great!
I've heard nothing but good things about it. Know someone that got married there, someone getting married there and it was our second choice. It was $125 pp for a Sat night in Sept/Oct 2014 with a 150 person minimum if that helps.
I live near there, it is located in Rocky Point. I have never personally been though. One time while I was getting my nails done a woman noticed my engagement ring and suggested there bc the gardens are great photo ops. I already had my heart set on East Wind though so I never looked.
My cousin got married there a few years ago. I remember the food being pretty good. It was a day wedding and everyone was outside on the beautiful grounds they have. I was kinda surprised because it doesn't look very special from the street, but when you go inside it's completely different.
I got married there in 2010. Olympia and John are amazing! If you can, get the vienese hour...it is AMAZING!!! If anything is too pricey for you, they will def work with you. Beautiful gardens for pics, they allow you to come there an hour before for pics. One wedding at a time which is also great...def go for a food tasting, its amazing. Also try and go to an expo there...HTH!
